Refund Policy
At Vinit Mobile Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any product or service is not delivered due to technical error, stock unavailability, or delivery failure, a refund can be requested.
Refund Conditions:
A refund request must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date.
The customer must provide valid proof of the order and payment.
Once an order is confirmed and processed for shipping, no refund will be issued.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the fault is on the part of the company.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
The refund will be completed within 7–10 working days.
Note: Purchases made via EMI or finance schemes will be subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party finance provider.
